Abstract

264,245. Riley, F. R. Oct. 16, 1925. Roses.-Spraying devices, of the kind which are connected to two bath taps and are supported from a part of the bath in such a position that spray is directed within and along the bath, are provided with mixing chambers having baffles arranged within them to cause the hot and cold water to mix before being discharged. A tube 10 which may be connected by rubber tubing 15 to the bath taps 16 is surrounded by a concentric jacket 11 perforated at 18, the annular chamber 12 so formed being closed by end plates 13 and provided with baffles 19, 20, 22 - - 25. Water passing through an opening 17 in the pipe 10 is diverted by the baffles and escapes through the perforations 18. Instead of being supported by the bath taps the apparatus may be supported by some other part of the bath and taps provided in the tube 10.
