Abstract

263,991. Cole, H. W. Nov. 26, 1925. Receiving systems; aerials. - A wireless receiver is connected by a single lead A to a collecting agency which may be an earth or an aerial. Fig. 1 shows a receiving circuit comprising a crystal D in parallel with a variable condenser C1 forming with an inductance L an oscillatory circuit. Fig. 2 shows an inductively coupled oscillatory circuit in which tuning is effected by varying the coupling between coils L1, L2. In a modification a variable condenser is provided connected in parallel with the dectector D. Specification 217,259 is referred to.
