AUTOMATIC PRE-SLAUGIITER HANDLING SYSTEM
BACKGROUND
Technical Field

The objective of the present invention is to provide an automatic pre-slaughter handling system capable of reducing pre-slaughter stress of pigs to a great degree, improving animal welfare, appearances of carcasses and qualities of meat products, and the most importantly improving mechanization and intellectualization levels of pig pre-slaughter handling, and greatly relieving pre-slaughter environment pollution conditions, The present invention adopt-the following technical solution: The automatic pre-slaughter handling system includes a transport mechanism, a hanging mechanism, and a control room. The transport mechanism includes a transport vehicle, and a transport case for storing pigs. The transport case is provided with an openable side door on a side. The side door of the transport case is a vertical sliding door installed in a vertically sliding mode. The side door opening mechanism includes vertical lifting assemblies provided above the lifting platform and a lifting motor driving the vertical lifting assemblies to vertically move. A bottom of each of the vertical lifting assemblies is provided with a lifting hook tightly hooked on a top of the side door of the transport case. When vertically moving, the vertical lifting assemblies are configured to drive the side door of the transport case to vertically move.
The transport case fixing device includes a fixin fixed to one side of the lifting platform far away from the gas stunning room. A rotating member is rotationally assembled on the fixing member. A clamp groove configured to be clamped on a side surface of the transport case is formed in the rotating member. When the lifting platform tilts toward the vas stunning room, the clamp groove of the rotating member tightly clamps an upper edge of one side of the transport case right against the side door.
Anti-slip grains are provided on an upper surface of the lifting platform. The anti -slip grains are broken line grains.
The lifting platform driving mechanism is an electrohydraulic jack provided at one side of the bottom of the lifting platform far away from the gas stunning room. A height of the lifting platform in a horizontal state is higher than a height of the gas stunning room.

The present invention has the beneficial effects that the automatic pre-slaughter handling system of the present invention connects links of unloading, driving, resting, flushing, transporting, stunning and the like of pigs to build an automatic integral pre-slaughter system, The pigs are stored in the transport case. The whole pre-slaughter handling system of the present n realizes mechanization and intellectualization through inks of unloading, driving, resting, flushing, transporting, stunning and the like of pigs, and the manual control over the pigs is completely not needed. At the same time, the pigs are always in a loafing and resting state in the whole pre-slaughter handling process without receiving any beat and electric shock, so that the pre-slaughter stress of the pigs is greatly reduced, and the animal welfare of the pigs is improved. At the same time, no resting house is used, so that the whole resting region is an open around. An advanced pollution discharge system is used. The following describes the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
A structure of a specific embodiment of an automatic pre-slaughter handling system of the present invention is shown in Figure 1 to Figure 8. The automatic pre-slaughter handling system of the present embodiment includes a transport mechanism, a hanging mechanism, and a control room (16). The transport mechanism includes a transport vehicle (1), and transport cases (4) for storing pigs (9). Each of the transport cases (4) is provided with an openable side door (4.1) on a side. The top of the connecting post) is provided with a lifting ring (4.3) matched with the snatching hook (3.1). The snatching hook (3.1) is provided under the snatching motor (3.2). A roller (3.3) moving back and forth on the hanging rod (8) is connected onto the snatching motor (3.2). The roller (3.3) moves through being driven by the hoist driving mechanism.
The side door (4.1) of the transport case is a vertical sliding door instal a vertically sliding mode. The side door opening mechanism (14) includes vertical assemblies (14.1) provided above the lifting platform and a lifting motor (14.3) driving the vertical lifting assemblies (14.1) to vertically move. The bottom of each of the vertical lifting, assemblies (14.1) is provided with a lifting hook 14.2 tightly hooked on the top of the side door (4.1) of the transport case. When vertically moving, the vertical lifting assemblies (14,1) are configured to drive the side door (4.1) of the transport case to vertically move.
The transport case fixing device (11) inc hides a fixing member (11.1) fixed to one side of the lifting platform (10) far away from the gas stunning room (13). A rotating member (11.2) is rotationally assembled on the fixing member (11.1). A clamp groove configured to be clamped on the side surface of the transport case is formed in the rotating member (12.1). When the lifting platform (10) tilts toward the gas stunning room (13), the clamp groove of the rotating member (11.2) tightly clamps an upper edge of one side of the transport case right against the side door_ Anti-slip grains are provided on an upper surface of the lifting platform (10). The resting region (6) includes a flat anti-fouling ground and an underground pollution discharge passage. Trash accumulates in the slaughter house during long-term usage, particularly in the pre-slaughter resting region. The pigs will excrete much feces and urine, causing great unpleasant odor and pollution. In the automatic pre-slaughter handling system of the present invention, no resting house but the flat ground is needed. After the pigs are slaughtered, the remaining waste can be well discharged into a sewer through flushing, so that the hygiene conditions in the resting region are greatly improved. The spray devices (5) are TN fan-shaped anti-drip atomizing spray nozzles. The pigs can be flushed, and drinking water can be provided. The load bearing frame (7) adopts a stainless steel material, which can support great weight, so as to ensure the smooth proceeding of the whole pre-slaughter handling.
The automat pre-slaughter handling system of the present invention connects unloading, driving, resting, flushing, transporting. and stunning, which forms an automatic integral pre-slaughter system.

The whole pre-slaughter handling system of the present invention realizes mechanization and intellectualization through links of unloading, driving, resting, flushing, transporting, stunning and the like of the pigs; and the manual control over the pigs is completely not needed. At the same time, the pigs are always in a loafing and resting state in the whole pre-slaughter handling process without receiving any beat and electric shock, so that the pre-slaughter stress of the pigs is greatly reduced, and the animal welfare of the pigs is improved. At the same time, no resting house is used, so that the whole resting region is an open ground. An advanced pollution discharge system is used. Therefore, the sanitation environment of the slaughtering plants can be improved to a great degree. The automatic pre-slaughter handling system also has wide application to cattle and sheep slaughterhouses.
The present invention is further described below with reference to specific application examples and data. It should be understood that these examples are only used for describing the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention in any way. Specific application examples: Material: 30 pigs Method: The 30 pigs were randomly divided into two groups with 15 head each group. One group adopted an existing pre-slaughter handling practice such as electric shock sticks to unload and drive the pigs, and was set as a control group. The other group adopted the automatic pre-slaughter handling system of the present invention, enabled the pigs to always maintain the relaxing state in the whole pre-slaughter process and to be then slaughtered, simulating the automatic pre-slaughter handling system, and was set a treatment group.
After the pigs were slaughtered, pork at the loin was taken. pH was measured at 0, 3, 12 and 24 h postmortem, and the quantity of abnormal meat in the two groups was counted according; to pH values.
Quality evaluation: Meat with a pH value below 6.0 at 0 h postmortem was defined as PSE meat, and meat with a pH value above 6.0 at 24 h postmortem was defined as DEO meat.
From Figure 9, it can be seen thai afterthe automatic pre-slaughter handling system of the present invention was adopted, I pig produced DEO meat, and 1 pig generated PSE meat. On the other hand, 1 pork was PSE meat, and 6 pork was DEO meat. Therefore, the incidence of the abnormal meat using the existing pre-slaughter handling practice was greatly increased, and huge economic loss was brought to enterprises.
A portable pH meter was used, three measuring points of the pork loin were selected to determine pH values, and an average was taken to be used as a final pH value.
From Figure 0; it can be seen that, at 0 to 3 h after slaughter; by using the existing pre-slaughter handling practice; the pH values are almost not decreased; and are in a normal change state under the condition of simulating the automatic pre--slaughter handling system. At 24 h postmortem, the pH values of the two groups are significantly different. In the existing pre-slaughter handling practice, the pH values are higher than 6.0, and are much higher than that of normal meat. By using the automatic pre-slaughter handling system of the present invention, the pH values of the pork at24 h postmortem are in a. normal range.

The automatic pre-slaughter handling system according to claim 1, wherein the transport vehicle (1) at least comprises two lavers, a top cover (1_1) is provided on each laver, the top cover (1.1) of each layer comprises two inwards and outwards sliding half covers, the top cover is opened by outwards sliding the two half covers, the top cover is closed by inwards sliding the two half covers, and a fixing ring (1.2) for tightly locking the two half covers together is connected between the two half covers.

The automatic pre-slaughter handling system according to claim I, wherein the side door (4.1) of the transport case is a vertical sliding door installed in a vertically sliding mode, the side door opening mechanism (14) comprises vertical lifting assemblies (14.1) provided above the lifting platform and a lifting motor (14.3) driving the vertical lifting assemblies (14.1) to vertically move, a bottom of each of the vertical lifting assemblies (14.1) is provided with a lifting hook (14.2) tightly hooked on a top of the side door (4.1) of the transport case, and when vertically moving, the vertical lifting assemblies (14.1) are configured to drive the side door (4.1) of the transport case to vertically move.

The automatic pre-slaughter handling system according to claim 1" wherein the transport case fixing device (11) comprises a. fixing member (11.1) fixed to one side of the lifting platform (10) far away from the gas stunning room (13), a rotating member (11.2) is rotationally assembled on the fixing member ( 1 1), a clamp groove configured to be clamped on a side surface of the transport case is formed in the rotating member (12.1), and when the lifting platform (10) tilts toward the gas stunning room (13), the clamp groove of the rotating member (112) tightly clamps an upper edge of one side of the transport case right against the side door.
- 6. The automatic pre-slaughter handling system according to claim i wherein anti-sup grains are provided on an upper surface of the lifting platform (10), and the anti-slip grains are broken line grains.
