Abstract
257,593. Siemens - Schuckertwerke Ges. Aug. 28, 1925, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. Controlling and moderating superheat.-The temperature of fluid flowing through a number of parallel pipes is maintained uniform by the provision of resistances to flow influenced by the condition of the fluid so as to increase the quantity flowing through the pipes upon a rise in temperature and reduce it when the temperature falls. In heating tubes 3, 4, 5 thermostats 8, 9, 10 operate valves 11, 12, 13 which regulate the inlet area of the tubes according to the temperature within them.
