Wireless tuning-apparatus, adjustment devices for. - Coarse and fine adjustment mechanisms for electric coil holders, condensers &c. wherein the movable members are adjusted in planes parallel to the fixed members are effected by a single operating- handle which is rotated circumfenrentially about a point for the coarse adjustment and twisted about its own axis for the fine adjustment. In one construction, Fig. 1, the movable member 4 is carried on a spindle 5 journaled in the fixed member 1, the operating- handle 7 being provided with a loose grip 9 for effecting the coarse adjustment and with a fixed grip 10 for effecting the fine adustment by means of the friction wheel 8 which may engage a separate friction plate. The grips 9, 10 may be dispensed with and the handle slightly rocked to disengage the friction wheel. In another construction, Fig. 2, the operating-handle 7 is screw-threaded to engage the spindle 5 and the movable member 4 is provided with a slot 11 to permit the fine adjustment.
