Change-box motions.-In looms for weaving terry fabrics, the dobby has one or more ordinary cylinders 2 and an additional cylinder 3 for controlling the shuttle box motion &c. The feeler levers 6 operated by the cylinder 3 are connected by Bowden wire devices 5, 5b to the ordinary feeler levers 7 controlled by the cylinders 2, and these levers 7 control respective dobby levers 4 connected by Bowden wire devices to the shuttle box motion &c.
