250,479. Sanders, J. B. Oct. 19, 1925. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Bottles, non-refillable. - The inclined bottle neck has a chamber fitted with a cork a and a flexible tube b, to which is attached a segmental cork or inflated float e having a counterbalance f attached by a wire g and thread to the end of the tube. Any attempt to refill the bottle closes the mouth of the tube b, as shown in Fig. 5, even when the float is submerged.
