Torque extensions of axle structures.-The motor casing 9 is suspended from the frame by trunnions 22 and a universal connection and is fixed to a change-speed gear casing 45 rigidly secured to the casing of the driving axle 6. The motor may drive the axle through a train of reducing spur gearing and bevel gearing, the change-speed gear being dispensed with.
