Current motors; regulating; driving and transmission mechanism.-A wind-wheel adapted to rotate in the same direction irrespective of the direction of the wind has flexible wings or sails supported by sets of bars 6 on radial arms 3. The fixed screens 4, 4<1> are optional. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also a vane-wheel formed as shown in Fig. 2 (Cancelled). In a modification the screens 4, 4<1> only protect the lower part of the vane-wheel. The disposition and inclination of the vanes on their shaft mav be varied to suit the direction of the wind. The wings or sails may have metal frames and adjustable partitions to vary their superficial area. Gearing may be interposed between the motor and the driven apparatus for the purpose of imparting an increase in speed much greater than the increase in speed of the motor. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
