Gold sodium thiosulphate.-Stable and steriliz able solutions of gold-sodium thiosulphate which are relatively non-toxic are obtained by dissolving together sodium thiosulphate and the known salt AuNa3(S2O3)2, or by dissolving separately sodium thiosulphate and the gold double salt and mixing the solutions. The solution may be filled into ampoules and sterilized at 100‹ C. It is suitable for injections for lupus and other types of tuberculosis.
