Endless-track vehicles.-In a vehicle in which the driving and supporting wheels 3 run on rail rings 4, the latter are mounted on an axle or axles 5 capable of movement vertically and longitudi. nally of the chassis frame 1. In the construction shown the axle 5 is carried bv two bars 6 sliding in forks 7 on the main frame. The driving wheels 3 may engage the rings 4 frictionally, or as shown in Fig. 3 they may be toothed at 9 to engage teeth 10 on the rings, a flange 11 running in a groove 12 of each ring being provided on each wheel 3 to transmit the vertical load and to guide the wheel in the ring. The rings 4 may be detachable and the wheels 3 may be provided with rubber tyres or may be replaced by ordinary wheels.
