243,608. Murray, T. B., and Albion Motor Car Co., Ltd. April 27, 1925. Connecting rods. - In a gudgeon-pin of the type in which end movement is prevented by caps 5, 6 connected by a bolt &c. 9 and fitting into recesses in the piston, the ball 9 is screwed into one cap 5 and the head 10 at the other end of the bolt is acted on by a spring 11 confined in a pocket 8 in the cap 6. A spring ring 13 may be sprung into a groove in the pocket 8 above the head 10, or the bolt may be secured at one end by a pin passing through the bolt and engaging a slot in the cap.
