Abstract
242,903. Bellamy, F. H., and Hamp, S. H. June 8,1925. Walls.-Concrete walls 3 are provided with embedded dampproof and heat-insulating sheets, consisting of corrugated slabs or plates 4 of rigid material, such as asbestos cement. Corner posts 1 and, if necessary, intermediate posts are provided with grooves 5 for the reception of the ends of the slabs. Additional studs 6 having splayed sides may be inserted intermediately of the posts. The concrete on the outer side of the slabs is composed of gravel, cement and sand, and that for the interior of the wall consists of breeze cement and sand. Posts may be dispensed with if desired.
