Cleaning, fluid-pressure processes for.-The blower head 30, Fig. 5, of a boiler cleaner of the kind in which the head is projected into the boiler by the pressure of the cleaning fluid is oscillated from a manually - actuated rock shaft 21 through gear wheels 23, 24 and the nozzle 31 is rotated forwards step by step relatively to the blower head by means of a spindle 34 engaging the nozzle, by gears 33, 32 and operated to rotate in one direction by a pawl 36, Fig. 4, moving with a hollow spindle 29 so that as the blower head rotates in one direction the nozzle and the head move without relative movement, but during the reverse movement of the head the rotation ot the shaft 34 is arrested when a pin 40<1>, Fig. 4, carried on a segment 37 frictionally mounted on the shaft 34 engages a stop on the casing so that the relative movement of the shaft 34 ani spindle 29 causes the nozzle 32 to move a step forwards. A heatresisting cap 45 is arranged on the blower head. Steam, air or other cleaning fluid may be used.
