Cleaning, fluid - pressure processes for.-The nozzle 11<d> of the blower tube 10<d> of a steam boiler cleaner is secured by expanding it to fit a tapered opening 25 so as to form a Venturi nozzle. The operation of expanding may be carried out by means of an anvil inserted in the tube and a tool driven into the nozzle. In alternative constructions the opening in the tube is cylindrical, and shoulders are formed on the nozzle to engage the inner and outer edges of the opening.
