Temperature of fluid, controlling. - The beer &c. from a beer engine &c. is passed through a cooling device 4, 5 arranged between the outlet 3 of the pump &c. and the delivery nozzle 3<b>, so that Liquid is received in the device only during a delivery operation, and no stagnant residue is left therein. The device may comprise a number of pipes 5 arranged between headers 6, 7 immersed in brine &c. Specifications 13407/93, 15597/07, and 10823/13, [all in Class 116, Shop &c. accessories], and 123,540, [Class 29, Cooling &c.], are referred to.
