The latter is secured to a holder B by a flat spring a<6>. Normally, the cutter A is pressed by the spring a<6> against a driven disccutter (not shown), with light pressure. A hand-actuated eccentric a<9> rotatable on a pin a<7> secured to the spring engages grooves in the holder to place the cutter out of action when feeding-in the web. By turning the holder B through 180‹ the other edge of the cutter A may be brought into operative position.
