Moulds; moulding screw threads.-Relates to moulds for reinforced-concrete railway sleepers 4 having spiral metal strips embedded to form screw-threads for the screw spikes 5. To regulate the gauge of the rails before moulding the sleepers, the screw-threads and spikes are carried by blocks 14 inserted in the base of the mould, the blocks being adjusted by handles 17 and secured by pins 19 passing through holes in the blocks 14 and in strips 13 carried by the mould base. The blocks 14 are reinforced by plates 15 and angle-irons 16.
