Stationary -cutter apparatus.-A disc of leather is cut into a thong by a knife E, which may be a safety-razor blade, held by a clamp D to a support adjustable by screws H on a frame B. A guide F contacting with the upper surface of the leather is adjustably mounted by screws K. The disc is guided by a chamfered face on the clamp D.
