233,822. Edmonds & Co., Ltd., A., and Coker, R. H. March 7, 1924. Cabinets.-A flap or closure for show-cases and the like has above its horizontal centre line on each vertical edge a laterally-extending shoulder by which it is normally supported and adapted to slide on curved runners at each end of the case when raised and pushed in. As shown, part of a substantially rectangular glass panel c is wider than the lower part, the shoulders d resting on a ledge d<1> or recess e on the inside end wall of the case. When lifted and raised, the flap is guided between a horizontal strip h downwardly curved at the front and upper strips k. A lining g in the front of the recess is shaped to guide the shoulder d. The panel may be framed and a wooden strip secured to the upper part of each vertical side so that the lower ends of the strips form the shoulders d.
