[Class 18.] A cutlery case or cabinet has a pair of arcuate members e connected with the portions of the hinges c attached to the cover b of the case and passing through slots or guides d in the hinge portions attached to the body a of the case and below the slots or guides, the members are cranked to form extensions which lie under and support a holder g for the articles. As the cover is opened, the members e are moved so that the extensions f raise the holder g about its edge remote from the hinges of the case and present the articles in an easily accessibly position.
