Atmospheric vapour burners; vaporizing- apparatus; oil reservoirs.-A liquid fuel burner apparatus comprises a rotatably mounted fuel reservoir a connected by a pipe c to a nozzle f and a compressed air reservoir b having a delivery pipe d leading to a nozzle which is arranged inside the nozzle f and is surrounded by a perforated sleeve. The fuel reservoir is connected to the charging pipe of the reservoir b so as to be under pressure. The vapour and air mixture discharged from the nozzle f passes through a neck i to the burner rose or head k, at which it is ignited. The burner is initially heated by means of a starting cup h.
