A flanged ring 3 on the outer face of the disc provides a guide for the inner flanged end 4 of a nut 5 which has a portion of its bore threaded to engage threads 9 on a hub 8 keyed to the axle, and its outer end threaded to carry a. cap 6. The nut 5 is formed with angularly disposed outer faces for turning by a wrench, and to impart the drive, the ends of a segment 10 carried by the hub 8 abut against the ends of the segment 2.
