Liquid-meters.-The distributing valve or valves 15 of a liquid-meter is or are operated through the connections shown from a piston 16, which is operated by the pressure of the liquid after a main piston 3 reaches the ends of its stroke. The measuring cylinder 4 is provided with stroke-regulating stops 9, 10 and air-escape valves 11, 12.
