Cooling liquids indirectly within casings or chambers.-Beer or other liquid flows from a cask through a telescopic pipe 10 fitted with a union 11 to a cylinder 3 fitted in an ice &c. tray or drawer slidably mounted in the cask stand. The draw-off tap 6 has a vent tube 7 and is fitted in a detachable cap of the cylinder 3 to give access to the interior of the cylinder for cleaning. The telescopic pipe is fitted with a collar 12 which may be adjusted against a washer when the cask is tilted.
