202,180. Girot, L. A. Sept. 2, 1922. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Cleats.-A rope fastener, of the kind comprising a stem 15 having at one end a pair of hooks 16, 17 and a pair of lugs 18, 19, is provided with a supporting-disc 13, which, when provided with screw-holes, can be attached to a post. Alternatively a screw plug 14, formed on the disc 13, screws into an eyed member 2, which can embrace a tent peg. The rope to be fastened is passed through one hook, into the notch 20 formed between the lugs and then through the other hook.
