Abstract

197,172. Brookes, J., and Tolley, A. E. April 20, 1922. Right to Patent relinquished. Teeth, artificial.- Complete sets of artificial teeth, or partial sets including molars, bicuspids and incisors, are moulded in one piece having holes or openings at the base portions of the teeth adapted to become filled with the vulcanite or like material of the denture during manufacture. In Figs. 1 and 5 the integrally connected teeth 1 are formed with a flange 2 and are provided with preferably under cut holes 4 and with depressions or holes 5 which become filled with the material of the plate 3. The flange 2 may be replaced by perforated ears or projections 6, Fig. 4, or by perforated integral webs 7 between the teeth at the back as shown in Fig. 6. Specifications 1022/86 and 950/13 are referred to.
