Folding seats.-A folding chair comprises rear legs e, front legs c, and a seat a hinged to the front legs at b<1> and adapted to engage in and rest on recessed portions d of the back legs. The seat a is secured in position for use by means of a pivoted latch bar f mounted thereon and engaging recesses h on the back legs. In order to ensure the folding of the seat and front legs flat against the back, the seat is connected to the back legs by links j, which are also connected to the front legs by links i.
