Inductor-alternators.-In an ignition machine of the type in which a rotor 9 distributes the flux of permanent magnets to a core 1, which may be rocked for timing, the core is provided with two or more separate windings 14, 15, each connected to a sparking-plug 18, 19 in the same cylinder. The primary windings 2, 3 are connected in series to a circuit-breaker 6.
