7219. Martin Patent Davit Co., and Wills, A. W. March 21. Davits.-The heads of two davits are connected by a cross-brace b and by a connexion comprising a central horizontal part f of a length equal to the distance between the hooks in the boat and two end parts c slightly inclined to the horizontal. The upper blocks are attached at the point where the parts of the brace meet. The end parts may be made adjustable in length to admit of adjusting the level of the boats.
