Spring wheels with continuous outer rigid ring and helical and volute springs.-In the form shown in Figs. 1 and 2, two series of oppositely-inclined crossing tangential helical springs are provided. The two series converge to the rims, and no separate means for providing lateral stability is used. In the form shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the periphery of a disk 6 and the rim 13 are provided with pins or studs 9, 12 in circumferential alinement connected by helical springs.
