261,226. Rand, F. R., and Rand, E. T. Feb. 11, 1926. Addition to 241,995. Spring wheels.-A vehicle wheel of the kind described in the parent Specification, is modified by forming the outer loose rim B with inwardly turned projections C on both sides to form abutments for the tangential coil springs E, the projections, which act as seats for the springs, being stiffened by flanged plates F. The radial springs are seated on plates J secured to the wheel periphery.
