288,137. Candellero, A. March 31, 1927, [Convention date]. Spoke-covering and like discs.-In a device of the Kind in which a spokecovering disc 4 is secured to the wheel by means including one or more smaller coned discs 7, the latter are permanently secured to the main disc. The securing- means may consist of bolts 8, Fig. 2, a rolled bead 9, Fig. 3, on the main disc, or tongues 16, Fig. 9, on the disc 7 engaging apertures 17 in the main disc. In other modifications, the disc 7 engages a series of tongues struck up from the main disc, or a flange-ring or separate tongues secured to the main disc. Specification 272,220 is referred to.
