[Addition to 20,468/12.] Reinforced-blockwork floors; joist floors with block filling; wood floors other than wood-block; reinforced-blockwork girders. - The temporary moulds used for casting the concrete ribs g<1> described in the parent Specification are dispensed with, the ribs being cast either between blocks q, Fig. 1, which are cemented in grooves in the ceiling-blocks, or between solid or hollow slabs r, Fig. 2. The ribs may be spaced one or more joints apart as shown in Fig. 2, and the beams or joists comprising two blocks a, slabs r, and rib g' with the reinforcement may be formed off the site and hoisted into place with the ribs g<1> projecting from the upper or lower surface. The floor surface is carried by beams i, j, or slabs h, as described in the parent Specification.
