Abstract
19,836. Lister, G., and Morgan, J. Aug. 30. Rotary apparatus.-A spraying-fan of the type described in Specification 1366/12, for washing smoke and other gases, has the spraying- nozzles h arranged on the leading face or edge of the blades, to deliver water in approximately the direction of rotation. A deflector j may be provided, having spraying-nozzles k delivering water in the same direction. A centrifugal fan with nozzles similarly arranged may be added.
