Holders. - A holder for a screw - capped lamp consists of a plug portion shown in Fig. 14, containing a fusible cut-out 57 in series with the lamp, and adapted to be held by a screw 51 and bayonet-slot in a socket (not shown), the plug and socket having central contact-rods 58, which vary in length in accordance with the current to be used, so that a wrong fuse cannot readily be used. The central contact-rod in the socket is spring- supported.
