Abstract
22,029. DÚnÚrÚaz, A. Sept. 27. Holders; caps. -A socket a, of porcelain, glass, &c., has a piece e of insulating- material fixed in its inner end by the engagement of s p r i n g - blades p with recesses q in the inner wall of the holder, so that the piece cannot be removed after insertion. The piece e carries springs n connected to supply-conductors c, d and engaging metal contacts k on the lampcap i when this is inserted. The cap i is held by curved springs g, Fig. 3, secured to the piece e by a bolt h. The holder and lamp-cap i may have a similar polygonal section.
