(AREA)
Abstract
9240. Wolseley Tool and Motor Car Co., and Lawrence, M. R. April 19. Spray carburettors.-The invention relates to the carburettor described in Specification 26,178/07, in which the fuel and air valves are actuated simultaneously by a bellows device, and consists in preventing air from leaking into the bellows, and in facilitating the assembling of the parts. The outlet from the nozzle C<1> is controlled by a valve C carried by the air valve B which is actuated by suction transmitted to the bellows E. The suction is transmitted through passages b, b<1> in the body and spindle of the air valve. The outer end of the bellows may be attached to a disk e<1>, fixed to the outer end of the chamber D, or direct to the outer end. The wall d and end d<1> of the chamber D are secured by spring clips F.
