Portable door fasteners. - Relates to doorsecuring devices of the type having a plate held between the door edge and post, and hinged thereto a second plate which can be turned across the face of the door and fastened in that position by a catch engaging a stop. The plate 1 has spikes 2 for attachment to a door post, and a lever 5, pivoted at 7 to the hinged plate 6, is adapted to be turned into locking engagement with a hook-like extension 4 of the portion of the plate 1 supporting the pivot pin 3.
