Abstract
24,767. Morgan, P. A. Oct. 29. Hasp fastenings. -A pair of sashes is secured by a hasp 3 pivoted to a plate 1 on the upper sash and slotted to receive a T-headed stud 6 rotatably mounted on a plate 5 on the lower sash. Alternatively, the hasp 3 has a rightangled extension engaged by a stud mounted on the front of the meeting-rail. Also the stud head may be in the form of a drop ring, and the hasp may be spring-pressed. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 9493/02, 10,866/04 and 2463/08.
