Abstract

14,905. Gasmotoren - Fabrik Deutz. July 26, 1910, [Convention date]. Drawings to Specification. Cylinders receiving liquid fuel.-In order to start an engine in which fuel is injected at the end of the compression stroke by air supplied direct from the high-pressure cylinder of a stage compressor, air from the starting - reservoir is supplied to the oooling-chamber between the lowpressure and high-pressure cylinders, in order to compensate for leakage. The high-pressure cylinder is then able very quickly to supply air at sufficient pressure for fuel injection.
