The invention consists in mounting a second sleeve f to be displaceable longitudinally on the, first sleeve, and to carry on ball bearings the wheel hub i, to which the other clutch member e is secured. The clutch is moved by inclines on an operating lever q engaging a plate p which by means of bolts o and arms n moves the hub i.
