Folding wringers; attaching to tubs.-The wringer frame 6 is pivotally mounted at 5 on a wash-tub 1 so that it can be placed in a vertical position and held by a strut 8 or be turned down to a horizontal position as shown in broken lines. The rollers are removably supported by slidable bearing-blocks 10, 11 adapted to be forced towards each other by nuts and springs mounted on rods 15 removably inserted in open slots 14 formed in the bearing-blocks. Auxiliary rollers 6<b>, 18 facilitate the manipulation of the clothes. The tub is provided with pivoted 'handles 20, movable in guiding- brackets 21.
