[Addition to 8213/11.] Spring wheels with continuous outer rigid ring and metal springs other than helical and volute springs.-Spring wheels of the kind described in the parent Specification are characterized by making one or both of the heads revoluble on the rod with or without ball bearings. When one head is fixed, it may be secured by screwing, by a cotter pin, or by a locking- washer. The wheel is of the type described in Specification 5609/10.
