Spring wheels with sectional outer guided members.-Blocks c, Figs. 1 and 2, of wood or other material formed with radial slots and guided upon transverse bolts between plates secured to the felloe, are supported by a spring steel band d spaced from the felloe. The blocks taper from the base so that they can turn about the bolts. Two series of blocks in staggered relation may be arranged in two channels, Fig. 4, or they may be supported on a single band.
