Cooling-water enters the casing at d and passes through the chamber e<1> in the wall b and chamber c<1> in the guide blade c to the chamber g' in the wall a; thence through a chamber c<2> into a chamber c<2> and to the next chamber in the wall b. The compartments c may be divided into any number of spaces, and additional ribs k may be arranged.
