5191. Schõfer, J. March 3. Lubricant conveyed by mechanical means.-Relates to means for lubricating the bearing- surfaces between pulleys and their shafts when clutches are disengaged. The hollow boss 27 of the pulley 2 contains oil, which is conveyed to grooves 35 in the pulley boss by a loose ring 28, which contacts with bars 31, 32 connecting ring segments 29, 30 kept in position on the shaft 1 by weights 33.
