Folding boxes; lids and covers; partitioned boxes.- A blank, cut and scored as shown in Fig. 1, is folded up to form a box, carton, &c., the tabs 12 engaging with the slots 13. The supplemental cover 6 has flaps 21 adapted to be folded down to form partitions. The lid 3 has a flap 15, which is doubled over at 17 and inserted in a slot 16 and cannot be withdrawn without destroying the package. A diagonal slit 18 forms a point 19, to' assist in entering the folded flap into the slot. A reinforcing metal or paper strip 20 may be secured to one part of the flap 15.
