Abstract

25,124. Baveystock, A. R. H. Nov. 12. Children's mail-carts.-In a folding baby-car provided with two crossed and pivoted main frames, the foot-rest is constructed with side bars partly of wood and partly of metal, the metal portions preventing the main frames from opening too far. Two iron or other metal bars having a rule joint at i are pivoted at g, h to the crossed frames a, b at each side of the car, and are secured to wooden side bars k supporting the footboard l by the pins g and by pins m, which connect the arm supports e to the bars k. The bars f, instead of being jointed, may have notches at their rear ends to engage with pins on the main frame.
