Conveyer apparatus, ejector ; strainers.-An ejector device for raising water comprises in combination a water delivery barrel 1 with an inlet rose 3 at its lower end, and air or other fluid supply pipe 6 detachable connected to the exterior of the barrel by clamps 7, an ejector tube 9 with an outwardly flared nozzle 10, the members 6, 9 being connected by a U- shaped piece 8 passing through the barrel, as shown.
